The project site is not a business that is supplied by a distribution line of 30MW or less that is used by multiple users from a substation, but is supplied by a 154 kV extra high voltage transmission withdrawal line fed by independent withdrawal bays at substations.
Sufficient water
There is a drainage field 500 meters away from the project site, and Cheonan-si is in the process of expanding the drainage field.
This is a project due to the increase in water supply demand in the water supply area of the industrial complex and is under construction.
In addition, groundwater can be piped into the project site, so the availability of groundwater is reflected in the IDC basic design in case of drought, etc.
Securing telecommunications infrastructure
Due to the industrial complex’s occupancy, the backbone and other telecommunication networks are dual-fed within 500 meters of the project site, and the use of these lines is available.
No need for large-scale construction to access telecommunications lines.
Short construction time, easy to build
The current project site has a large land area, unlike the project site in the metropolitan area, and has a gentle slope, allowing for rapid construction without additional underground construction.
Therefore, construction time can be shorter than typical IDC construction.
There are no civil complaints on the access road to the business, and even if there is noise during construction, there will be no harm to the surroundings.
